Job Description and Responsibility：

· Assume a high level of responsibility for client liaison and portfolio management, audit planning and control, developing deliverables, writing reports and presentation

· Help clients achieve business objectives, strengthen management capabilities and minimize enterprise risks through the use of our value added audit approach

· Participate and supervise engagements of initial public offerings

· Supervise the engagement work of audit staff and ensuring the professional standard of services to clients as well as preparation of fee notes

· Participate in major client pursuits including proposal preparation

· Be responsible for group administration, training, overall evaluation and counseling of subordinates







Qualification:

· Bachelor's / Master's degree of any disciplines, accounting or accounting related major is preferable

· Certification of CICPA is mandatory and other CPA is preferred

· Solid auditing experience in SOE/Manufacturing/Consumer/Banking industry for over 5 years (Big 4 experience is required)

· Excellent analytical, planning, organizing and team building skills

· Excellent project management skills, interpersonal and communication skills

· Be mature, proactive, committed, motivated with strong sense of teamwork

· Excellent leadership and business development skills

· Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills

· Proficiency in computer applications

· Willing to travel
